Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer (2011 Model) Product Description

With the Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer you can be sure to receive a full-body workout from the comfort of your home. Unlike other models of the same type, the E25’s heavy 19-pound flywheel and high gear ratio makes it stand out from other trainers. As a result of its quality design, you will find yourself having a very smooth performance that can be custom-tuned for your own needs due to the resistance levels. The total of 16 resistance levels are sure to provide something for everyone, regardless of your physical ability – the pedals also work in both forwards and backwards motion for some diversity in training style.

If you are looking for a higher resistance than usual, the power-incline facility on the E25 Trainer can provide a boost to specific areas of the body’s muscles, providing you with a completely specific and diverse resistance level. You can adjust the incline angle at the touch of a button, with the ramp fully adjustable up to a 30 degree incline. This is perfect for targeting the lower body muscles, a feature which is lacking in other similar models. You can really make your workout diverse with choosing a variety of pre-designed workout plans or go for a customisable plan for specific training.

The clear backlit blue LCD display measures 6.25 inches, making it easy to track your workout with a quick glance of the screen. It will accurately measure your resistance, time, distance travelled, calories burned and pulse rate so that you are always on top of your workout intensity. There are in-build speakers in the console that allow you to listen to an MP3 Player or iPod, with additional cooling fans and a holder suitable for water bottles.

The Sole E25 has oversized and custom-designed pedals to better the workout experience. The design was collaborated between a top physical therapist a sports enthusiast along with a quality team of professional designers. The 2-degree inward slope of the pedals reduces the stress on the ankle and knee, a feature that other similar products lack. The additional stable handlebars contain pulse sensors (which contribute to the pulse reading on the LCD display) and the E25 also includes a chest strap to measure heart rate. If you are wishing to tone the arms as well as legs, there is an adjustable incline and resistance level on the arms of the machine also.
