The 2009 Annual DPWH Report Card

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is among the top government agencies perceived by the public to be corrupt. Although, this perception may not accurately reveal the actual state of corruption in the agency, this was something that the agency decided to deal with by opening its doors to a partnership with its stakeholders in the national road sector. In its endeavor, DPWH partners with other government agencies and private and non-government organizations.
